Ideally, biome with water, or at least tundra. Have plenty of Called Shot ability uses (due to frequent enemy destruction and/or the Comm systems on some mech in your lance). The accuracy of the PPC and L Laser is pretty effective out to range, so here's this mech's "happy" operating regime with this loadout: This one gets three Heat Efficiency blips (more like 3.5, because adding the third heat sink didn't bump it up to 4) - marginally better than the stock. L Laser on the right arm PPC on the left arm. Max armor everywhere except left and right rear torsos which have 15 and 20, respectively.ģ heat sinks spread out among the legs and center torso. Here's one build idea that I'm open for critique of:

Just the idea of this made me chuckle, but I kind of get the feeling that this mech is designed to operate only in water. This mech would be pretty useless on biomes that debuff heat dissipation. Heat efficiency out of the box only gets two pips - ouch. Total 600 armor - 25 each on the back left and right torsos, 35 on the back center torso, and 75 on the legs, 50 on the arms, 45 on the head, 55 on the front left and right torsos, and 110 on the center torso. Hardpoints: four energy weapon mounts 2 missile mounts 5 jump jet mounts. However, 'Trenchbuckets' are known for running hot and don't have much in the way of protection."

"One of the lightest dedicated fire support 'Mechs to be found, the Trebuchet 5N can mount enough missiles to give even heavy units pause. To recap, this is a 50T mech with the following description: Does anyone have ideas for a Trebuchet TBT-5N build and how this mech could best be used tactically?
